STRATA TITLES BEING PREPARED

Our individual strata titles are being prepared. Hopefully they can be issued by end of this year.

All owners who have outstanding dues must pay before their titles can be issued.

It is beneficial to all owners and your tenants if our Cheras Commercial Centre (Block J) is managed professionally in the future.

Having a good security, well lit corridors, floor corridors, main lobby, emergency stairways, well maintained lift, and working firefighting equipment, can enhance the property value and can become the sought after office space for businesses. Higher Office rentals can be negotiated as well.

Increased in the owners' investment over time should be an objective of investors. Moreover, with the new MRT system from Kajang to Sungai Buloh opened in 2017 adds value to our premises. A MRT station will be located at Taman Bukit Mewah which is within our Cheras Commercial Centre. 

Another  CENTRAL MRT CIRCLE LINE slated to be build by 2030 will further add to your connectivity.

Let us owners work together to enhance our Commercial centre and work towards getting more tenants to occupy the premises. Owners who currently rent their current premises elsewhere should relocate to their own office suites. Your effort will help to increase the occupancy level

UPGRADE GROUND FLOOR LOBBY?

Our ground floor main lobby can be upgraded by installing a ceiling high glass partition with doors for stairways and the lobby entrance. 

Maybe with our future investment in solar power generation, we can aircondition the lobby.

STRATA TITLES OF BLOCK J BEING SUBMITTED

Please be informed that our developer, Winflon, has submitted to the authorities for our Strata application and approval.

Hopefully, we will get our Strata titles soon.

Once we get our Strata titles, we need to form our own Block J Management Corporation instead of Joint Management Body.

ANNUAL CNY DINNER FOR BLOCK J OWNERS

Block J JMB management committee held our annual CNY dinner at LK Soup Restaurant on 23.2.2024 for our Block J owners. 

A number of the owners attended. 

We started off our dinner with Yu Sang where we tossed for our health, prosperity and longevity.

Great dishes followed after that.

TM INSTALLED UNIFI BROADBAND IN BLOCK J

Kami dah siap pasang infra untuk fiber. Next, TM akan up kan infra ini. So, pihak tenant boleh request dekat TM untuk pasang broadband.

TM TO INSTALL UNIFI BROADBAND FIBRE IN BLOCK J

Recently, TM has requested their contractor to install an Unifi Fibre Broad band portal in Block J. 

Once installed, owners and tenants can apply for fibre broadband into their premises. 

With this broadband facility in Block J,  it will enhance the image of our Block.
